Mini Extragrade titanium abutments with screw and castable sleeve
Mini Extragrade straight abutment with screw and castable sleeve for bonding technique. Available in two diameters.
They are also recommended when the prosthetic screw hole can create aesthetic problems in the fixed denture; thanks to the square purple screw, the screw hole can be inclined by 25 degrees and has areduced diameter compared to the blue square prosthetic screw. In case of particularly inclined implants it is possible to omit one screw (e.g. one out of four in an all-on-four denture), using the undercut of the Ot Equator as a retentive area for the Seeger.
Extragrade titanium abutments with screw and castable sleeve
The Standard Extragrade straight abutment with screw and castable sleeve for bonding technique. Available in three diameters.
They are recommended when the prosthetic screw hole does not create aesthetic problems in the fixed denture. The yellow square screw is used when the OT Bridge connection is milled directly into the framework even with an inclined hole. In case of particularly inclined implants, it is possible to omit one screw (e.g. one out of four in an all-on-four denture), using the undercut of the Ot Equator as a retentive area for the Seeger.

They are recommended when the prosthetic screw hole creates aesthetic problems in the fixed denture. Thanks to the round yellow screw, the screw hole can be inclined by 20 degrees. In case of particularly inclined implants, it is possible to omit one screw (e.g. one out of four in an all-on-four denture), using the undercut of the Ot Equator as a retentive area for the Seeger.
With divergent implants, the extragrade abutment must be inserted with the external flat
milled surface in correspondence of the maximum undercut of the Ot Equator.
Seeger anti-rotation system
The anti-rotationality of the seeger ring is possible thanks to the stop inside the prosthetic abutment which prevents any seeger rotation.
Extragrade system
The OT Bridge prosthetic abutment must be positioned with its extragrade flaring in correspondence of the implant undercut.
Reference flat milled surface
The external flat milled surface acts as reference point and identifies the position of the internal extragrade flaring.

Implants inclination analysis.
Evaluation of the prosthetic volumes with the teeth set-up. In this project were used two straight Extragrade titanium abutments, two Extragrade titanium abutments inclined at 15 and the corresponding castable sleeves for the bonding technique.
A long screw on the Ot Equator analog to check where the prosthetic screw hole will be located
Extragrade titanium abutment inclined at 15°. The white Seeger must be positioned with its open side towards the Extragrade flairing, a position that is forced by an anti-rotational device located into the abutment.
It is mandatory to place the flat surface of the Extragrade titanium abutment towards the undercut created by the implant inclination; the flat surface indicates the location of the Extragrade flairing, which will allow the denture to overcome the undercuts created by the tilted implant. In case of an excessive implant inclination, it is suggested to use an Extragrade titanium abutment (regardless if straight, Mini or inclined at 15°) with no screw inside it. The abutment will connect with the OT EQUATOR MUA by the white SEEGER only. The amount of abutments with no screws should be limited to 25% of the total. (I.E. on a all-on-four 1 screw-less out of 4).
The open side of the Seeger must be positioned towards the Extragrade flairing, a position that is forced by an anti-rotational device located into the abutment.
The castable sleeve allows the construction of a structure that later will be cast. Then the Extragrade titanium abutment will be passively bonded within.
In some cases, the Extragrade castable abutment can be use instead of the Extragrade titanium abutment. This castable abutment has the extragrade flairing as well and will be embodied directly in the castable frame.
The castable structure must be as passive as possible. Passivity is facilitated by the use of castable gingival connectors that can be adapted, cut, shaped and connected to the castable abutments or sleeves.

Before bonding, the passive seating of the framework should be tested. it is important to cement the elements one by one. It is recommended to use the Ot Cem composite by Rhein83.
Place the Extragrade titanium abutment with the short screw onto the Ot Equator attachment, making sure to place its flat surface towards the undercut created by the implant inclination. It is recommended to protect the screw hole with a wax pin or, alternatively, to use a long laboratory screw.
The cement should be put inside the frame hole and around the Extragrade titanium abutment. The wax pin will seal and protect the Extragrade titanium abutment inner space from the cement. Wait for the cement to set as reported in the instruction for use.
Second option: screw the Extragrade titanium abutment with a long laboratory screw smeared with some vaseline, always keeping the Extragrade abutment in the exact position. The long laboratory screw will seal and protect the Extragrade titanium abutment inner space. Wait for the cement to set as reported in the instruction for use.
