Terms and Conditions of Registration, Withdrawal, and Cancellation
Dental Congress Rhein83 Days 2025
June 12 - 14, 2025 - Hotel Savoia Regency, Bologna
1. REGISTRATION
The Rhein83 Dental Congress is exclusively for industry professionals.
Registration requests must be submitted through the official e-commerce platform on the website www.rhein83.com according to the procedures indicated therein.
The deadline for registration is set for 10 days prior to the start of the Congress, unless maximum capacity is reached earlier. Late registrations will be accepted within the limit of available spots.
Congress registration also includes a purchasing credit for Rhein83 S.r.l. catalogue products, with the specific amount varying by the selected package, as indicated on the website. This purchasing credit is strictly reserved for confirmed attendees and cannot be redeemed in the event of withdrawal (as specified in condition 4), event cancellation (as outlined in condition 6), or if the 100% credit option is chosen in the case of modification per condition 6.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Participation fees must be paid at the time of registration.
All fees for attending the Congress are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
Upon receipt of payment, Rhein83 S.r.l. will send a registration confirmation by email, along with an electronic ticket containing a registration code. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the provided email address is correct.
The ticket with the registration code must be presented by the participant at the Congress entrance in printed form.
3. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
At the conclusion of the Congress, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.
4. WITHDRAWAL
Participants may withdraw by sending written notice to Rhein83 S.r.l. via email at: ti.38niehr@isroc.
In the event of withdrawal, no refunds will be issued for the Congress participation fee. However, the amount may be converted into a purchasing credit for Rhein83 catalogue products upon specific request, provided this request is made at the time of the withdrawal notice. Conversion of the fee into purchasing credit will be processed as follows:
• Withdrawal up to 60 days before the Congress (on or before April 12, 2025): 30% of the participation fee will be retained by Rhein83 S.r.l. as a penalty, and the remaining 70% will be converted into a purchasing credit of equal value for Rhein83 S.r.l. catalogue products.
• Withdrawal between 60 and 30 days before the Congress (April 13 to May 12, 2025 inclusive): 50% of the participation fee will be retained by Rhein83 S.r.l. as a penalty, and the remaining 50% will be converted into a purchasing credit of equal value for Rhein83 S.r.l. catalogue products.
• Withdrawal within 30 days of the Congress (from May 13, 2025 onwards): 100% of the participation fee will be retained by Rhein83 S.r.l. as a penalty, and no purchasing credit will be issued.
Purchasing credits will be issued within 15 business days of the withdrawal notice and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. After this period, credits will expire and cannot be used.
5. PARTICIPANT SUBSTITUTION
In lieu of withdrawal, it is possible to substitute the registered participant without any penalties or additional fees. A written request must be sent via email to ti.38niehr@isroc by June 1, 2025, including the full details of the new participant, such as occupation and email address.
6. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE EVENT BY THE ORGANIZER
Rhein83 S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Congress in the event of insufficient participant numbers, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure. In the case of cancellation, registered attendees will receive a purchasing credit for Rhein83 S.r.l. catalog products equal to 100% of the participation fee paid, valid until June 14, 2026.
If the dates or location of the event are changed, participants may choose to retain their registration or receive a purchasing credit equal to the participation fee.
Rhein83 S.r.l. will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by participants due to delays, cancellations, or modifications to the Congress, including changes to speakers, travel, or accommodation costs.
7. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided by participants will be processed in compliance with current data protection legislation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679). For more information, please see the privacy policy available on the website www.rhein83.com.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Checking the acceptance box on the website, required to proceed with registration, constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions, both individually and as a whole.
