Available in 8 different gingival heights, OT Equator is the smallest dimensional dental attachment in the market. It’s manufactured to be compatible with all implant platforms and connections providing superior stability and elastic retention in implant retained overdenture treatments. The TIN coating treatment guarantees a superior resistance to the titanium, up to 1600 Vickers degrees. The dentist counts on a variety of retentive caps available in various degrees of elasticities from 600 grams up to 2.7 kg.

Smart Box is the new metal housing for the Ot Equator elastic caps with an innovative design counting on the rotational mechanism (internal pivot). It allows the passive insertion of the Ot Equator attachment even in conditions of extreme divergence among the dental implants from 0° up to 50°.

I have been using the Ot Equator attachments (by Rhein83 Company, Italy) since many years already. I published multiple clinical studies and researches with a direct comparation in terms of clinical, radiographic and patient’s impact between the Locator system and the Ot Equator system showing no relevant differences in terms of performance. Taking this into account my primary choice in the day to day clinical practice is to use the Ot Equator attachments counting on the dimensional advantages offered by the unique design they have (reduced height and diameter dimensions) reaching an higher functional and aesthetical standard.

I’m using the OT Equator attachment system since many years. I particularly appreciate it’s simplicity and versatility in the clinical practice.
