Upon confirmation of registration, you will be assigned one of the partner hotels for the Rheindays event, subject to availability.
Please note that assignment will be made according to reservation order and availability of the facilities and that check-in and check-out dates are not changeable.
*It is possible to add a non-conference companion by selecting “Companion” at check-out.
The companion fee of 200 euros includes: hotel stay in a double or twin room with the participant, access to the gala dinner on Friday, June 13.
