OT EQUATOR

With a vertical height of just 2.1 mm and a width of 4.4 mm, the new OT Equator milled attachment, offers the lowest profle and smallest footprint among all overdenture solutions available for unthreaded CAD/CAM bars and prefabricated burn-out bars made in the laboratory.

OT CAP

The OT CAP attachments are available in two diameters: Normo (2.5 mm) and Micro (1.8 mm).

OT BAR MULTIUSE

The OT Bar Multiuse attachment system is designed with four retentive points, offering exceptional retention and versatility for both rigid and resilient functions. Its unique two-sided design (Side A is rounded, and Side B is flat) allows for the use of either side, depending on the prosthetic requirements, while still utilizing the same elastic clips.

For a resilient solution, the bar is positioned with the flat side facing upward, whereas for a rigid solution, the rounded side is placed upward.

The OT Bar Multiuse can also function as a connecting bar between canines in the anterior region.

Additionally, both the OT Bar Multiuse and the cast housing are fabricated directly on the master model, streamlining the process and eliminating the need for duplication.

M 1,6 mm Threaded connections: Narrow Profile OT Equator – Micro Spherical OT Cap (1,8 mm diameter) – Normo Spherical OT Cap (2,5 mm diameter)

This new line consists of a universal threaded sheath made of titanium and Ot Cap Normo or Micro or Ot Equator Profile ball attachments: this system can be used for machining with Cad Cam method and with the traditional lost wax method.
The threaded sheath can be glued and used indiscriminately for all three types of connections.

The couplings have a thread with a 1.6 mm diameter pitch. With the use of the systematic Cad/Cam or with the handmade one, the result is always the same: maximum precision and interchangeability

OT STRATEGY

OT Strategy attachments are precision vertical attachments, and it is crucial to mount the spheres in parallel, as their proper function largely depends on this alignment.

These attachments are unique in featuring a patented parallel line support beneath the sphere, which automatically aligns the copings.

This design ensures easier insertion of the prosthesis and extends the longevity of the copings, while reducing the risk of wear on the spheres.

Thanks to their compact size, OT Strategy attachments can be used even in very limited spaces, making them ideal for removable prostheses, always in conjunction with appropriate milling.

OT CAP TECNO

The OT Cap is a resilient distal extension attachment, designed for use with combined prostheses and removable partial dentures.
It provides dual functionality, offering both stabilization for rigid substructures with milling and counter attachments, and resiliency for treatment plans requiring flexibilit.

The OT Cap Tecno consists of a titanium sphere and ring, embedded in a nylon cap that is machined with precise tolerances to ensure high precision. During prosthesis fabrication, the Techno titanium sphere is protected from the risks typically associated with laboratory procedures and ceramic fring cycles.
